Completion of Capital Reduction

In accordance with the purpose of the share buyback programme carried out by
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA in 2025/26, the Annual General Meeting held on 23
April 2026, decided to reduce the share capital by NOK 93,864,075 from NOK
9,386,407,675 to NOK 9,292,543,600 through a reduction in the number of shares
from 375,456,307 to 371,701,744.

The share capital reduction was registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises on 18 June 2026. The subsequent six-week creditor notice
period has now expired, and the share capital reduction has been completed in
accordance with the resolution adopted by the General Meeting.

Following the reduction, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA's share capital is NOK
9,292,543,600, divided into 371,701,744 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
25.00.
