Draft Financial Statements 2025

Photonike Capital Sa publishes a draft version of Financial Statements 2025, to which write-downs have been applied to some portfolio investments following the appropriate checks concluded only last week. The write-downs were also preparatory to a representation of the financial situation most suitable for the formal request for an insurance license.

Photonike Capital Sa informs that the attached Financial Statements 2025 is under validation by the external Auditor and then will be submitted to the approval of the Shareholders Assembly. 

The Photonike Insurance Team held a first meeting with the supervisory body team and in the next few week will be deposited the official application to release a license as insurance company.
