Oslo 22 June 2026: BEVEST ASA (“BEVEST” or the “Company”) hereby announces that
it has sold 4,574,256 existing shares (the “Sale Shares”) in Nekkar ASA
(“Nekkar”) at a price of NOK 14 per Sale Share, amounting to gross proceeds of
approximately NOK 64 million (the “Transaction”).

The Sale Shares were delivered from Nekkar as consideration for Nekkar
exercising an option to acquire the shareholding in FiiZK AS (“FiiZK”) and for
Nekkar taking over a shareholder loan in FiiZK.

After working successfully alongside Nekkar on the restructuring of FiiZK since
August 2023 BEVEST now exit FiiZK. The Transaction reflects a re-allocation from
what for BEVEST would be a financial stake in Nekkar of approximately 4.3% of
outstanding shares to other projects and to strengthen our industrial platform.
The Transaction thereby supports the Company’s active ownership role and
long-term industrial ownership agenda.
