Goodtech ASA delivered solid organic growth and improved margins in the third
quarter of 2025, with EBITA up 57% year-over-year, reaching 8.5% in the quarter.
The company maintains a robust capital structure and is well positioned for
continued growth.
Highlights Q3 2025
• Net operating revenue after external project costs increased to NOK 116.6
million (NOK 103.8 million in Q3 2024), representing 12% organic growth.
• EBITDA rose to NOK 15.4 million (NOK 12.1 million), a 27% increase
year-over-year, with an EBITDA margin of 13.2% (11.7%).
• EBITA increased to NOK 9.9 million (NOK 6.3 million), up 57% from the previous
year.
• Order intake totalled NOK 140 million (NOK 109 million), while order backlog
ended at NOK 317 million (NOK 350 million).
• The company had 307 employees at the end of Q3, compared to 309 the previous
year.
• Goodtech remains robustly capitalized, with an equity ratio of 53% and cash
and cash equivalents of NOK 87.8 million as of 30 September 2025.
• The group has no outstanding debt, and total available liquidity stands at NOK
167.8 million.

“The third quarter is typically a seasonally softer period for Goodtech, which
makes this quarter’s strong results particularly noteworthy. The performance was
driven by the successful completion of several large projects and our continued
focus on improving margins. These efforts underline the strength of our strategy
and our ability to deliver solid profitability.”
