Morrow Bank ASA - Disclosure of Large Shareholding

Oslo, Norway, January 10, 2024

Kvantia AS has today acquired 6,000,000 shares in Morrow Bank ASA at an average
price of NOK 8.72 per share and Norda ASA has yesterday and today acquired in
total 178,435 shares at an average price of NOK 8.66 per share. Kvantia AS and
Norda ASA will together with the Group of companies Christiania Skibs AS and
Obligasjon 2 AS following the share transactions hold in total 17,637,039 shares
in Morrow Bank ASA, corresponding to approx. 7.7% of the total outstanding
shares.
