NOK 2.5bn RCF termination date extended to 2029

Reference is made to Kongsberg Gruppen ASA’s (“KONGSBERG's”) existing NOK 2.5
billion multi-currency revolving credit facility (“RCF”) signed 22 March 2022,
with a termination date of 22 March 2028.
KONGSBERG has on 7 March 2024 obtained confirmation from the facility’s agent
that all lenders have consented to KONGSBERG’s request to extend the facility
agreement by one year.
KONGSBERG’s request to extend the agreement was made through the utilization of
the second and final extension option included in the agreement. The new
termination date for the RCF is 22 March 2029, accordingly.
