PREATONI Group specializes in the ownership and operation of hotels. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

• hotel operations (68.8%): owning, at the end of 2023, of 2 resorts in Egypt (Domina Coral Bay) and Italy (Domina Zagarella), a hotel in Italy (Domina Fiera Milano), a 29-apartment residence in Italy (Domina Borgo Degli Ulivi), and a tourist and business hotel in Germany (Parkhotel Kurhaus);

• property development (31.2%): construction and refurbishment of residential and office buildings in the Baltic States and Dubai.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (30%), Egypt (39.5%), Baltic countries (30.2%) and other (0.3%).
