Accsys Technologies specializes in the development and marketing of specialty chemical products and technologies. The group's activity is organized primarily around 2 divisions:

• development and sales of licenses for wood acetylation technology: technology used to treat and modify the structure of wood and to fabricate Accoya wood, resulting in advantages related to stability of dimensions, longevity, and strength;
• other: primarily development of technologies for cellulose transformation and high-temperature cracking.

Net sales break down by revenue source between sale of Accoya wood (54.6%), licenses (40%) and other (5.4%; primarily acetic acid).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (21.2%), Asia (78.5%) and North America (0.3%).
