Sandefjord, 15 April 2026: The annual general meeting of Komplett ASA will be
held Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 08:00 CEST.

The meeting will be held electronically through the general meeting portal
administered by Euronext Securities Oslo. Notice of the annual general meeting,
including agenda, proposed resolutions, registration form and a form of proxy
and other appendices, is enclosed.
