Global Placement and Fixed Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: an amount of shares representing beetwen 80 and 90 % of the Offer after extension option exercise) - Book runner: INVEST SECURITIES Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS - Number of shares: an amount of shares representing beetwen 10 and 20 % of the Offer after extension option exercise) The number of shares offered within the OPO may be increased by shares offered in the Global Placement.
Admission on Alternext:
- 2 100 934 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of eFront,
and,
- a maximum of 700 000 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 105 000 new shares in case the extension option is exercised.
A maximum of 1 050 000 shares (700 000 new shares and 350 000 existing shares), before extension option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 105 000 new shares.
Green shoe option: up to 112 875 existing shares.
