Sandnes, Norway, 6 May 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board, Jann
Idar Dillern Johansen in Vår Energi has bought 32 150 shares in the company at a
price of NOK 43.5 per share. Following the transaction, Jann Idar Dillern
Johansen holds a total of 36 656 shares in Vår Energi ASA.

Details of the trades are included in the attached notification of trading. This
