2026 at 09:00 am CEST. The notice to the Annual General Meeting is enclosed.

The Annual General Meeting will be held as a video conference meeting only.
Shareholders who wish to attend are requested to send a notice of attendance to
Tekna Holding ASA no later than Tuesday 5 May 2026 at 11:59 pm CEST by using the
attendance form attached to the notice, and will receive a link to the video
conference meeting prior to the general meeting.
