Notice from Written Resolution

Today a Written Resolution was resolved pursuant to the notice of Written
Resolution dated 16 March 2026 (the “Notice”).

The Bond Trustee had received votes from a sufficient number of Voting Bonds to
form a quorum in both the 2027 Bond Issue and the 2028 Bond Issue (as defined
above). The Proposed Resolution (as defined in the Notice) obtained 99.79 % of
the votes in the 2027 Bond Issue and 99.95% of the votes in the 2028 Bond Issue,
and the Proposed Resolution was adopted according to the voting requirements of
the Bond Terms for both the 2027 Bond Issue and 2028 Bond Issue. The Bond
Trustee is authorised to take the necessary actions to implement the Proposed
Resolution.
