Sale of the PDG 115 building

We are pleased to announce that, on 23^rd March 2026, the Company sold the asset dedicated to tourist-use apartments, located in Barcelona at Paseo de Gracia No. 115. The sale price of the asset amounted to a total of €26,500,000. 

Following this transaction, the Company's asset portfolio now consists of nine properties: five hotels currently operating and four hotel projects under renovation.
