Dillingen/Saar 25 November 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Pyrum Innovations AG (the "Company") earlier today, on
25 November 2025, regarding a proposed rights issue with preferential
subscription rights for existing shareholders (the "Rights Issue").
