Odfjell Rig III Ltd (OSE: ODRG) (“ODRG”), is pleased to report its financial and
operational results for the three months period ended 30 June 2025 and first
half of 2025.

Odfjell Drilling Limited, ODRG’s guarantor, has also announced its second
quarter results for 2025 today. In connection with these results, Chief
