OTL - Odfjell Technology Ltd reports for the Third Quarter of 2024

Odfjell Technology Ltd is pleased to report its financial and operational
results for the three-month period ended 30th September 2024.

Q3 Highlights:

– Revenue of NOK 1,334 m, up 5% YoY
– EBITDA of NOK 201m, down 5% YoY
– EBIT of NOK 119 m, down 8% YoY
– Leverage ratio of 0.7X
– Available liquidity of NOK 1,039m
– Backlog of NOK 13.7bn
– Q3 dividend of 1.52 per share equivalent of NOK 60m – up NOK 35m YoY

CEO Odfjell Technology AS Simen Lieungh commented:

performance. Our recent successful refinancing has significantly strengthened

shareholders.

services in Southeast Asia, aligned with our global expansion strategy. With
