Capsol Technologies ASA announces resignation of board member

Oslo, Norway – April 19, 2024


Capsol Technologies ASA, a provider of carbon capture technologies to large
emitters, today announced that Einar Chr. Lange will resign as a board member
following the Annual General Meeting on May 8, 2024.

Lange, who has reached 81 years of age, has served as a board member of Capsol
since 2015 and is the largest shareholder in the company with 17.89% of the
outstanding shares.

"It has been a pleasure serving as a board member of Capsol Technologies where
I’ve enjoyed working with an exceptional team of highly competent and driven
colleagues. I am grateful and proud, seeing what the company has achieved the
last 5 years, and I am looking forward to following the company's journey
towards global deployment of its safe and cost-efficient carbon capture
technologies, accelerating the path to net zero,” said Lange.

Following Lange’s resignation, Capsol’s board will consist of five members
including two female directors, fulfilling the regulatory requirements for
Norwegian ASA companies.

being a local Norwegian carbon capture technology start-up to now entering the
global scale-up phase. On behalf of the entire board and organization, I would
