Direct Trading procedure
The share reference quote will be notified on 20 December 2004. This will be the last quoted price in Amsterdam on 17 December 2004, ie the day prior to the first quotation on the Euronext Paris Premier Marché. Quotation threshold: 10 % of the reference quote. VastNed Retail N.V. shares will be traded in France with bearer form.
Admission to listing on the Premier Marché of the Netherlands company VastNed Retail N.V., for the 16 746 189 ordinary shares with a par value of € 5, as from 20 December 2004 representing the issued share capital of VastNed Retail N.V.
As the company's shares are already quoted on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, float 100%, the introduction of the VastNed Retail N.V. shares in France will not be accompanied by the distribution of additional shares to the French public.
