Operation description

Admission on Alternext:
- the 3,580,000 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of TRILOGIQ, and
- a maximum of 158,000 new shares by way of public offering.

A maximum of 752,800 shares, before extension option exercise, will be offered to the public by way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO).

Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 89,070 existing shares representing 15% of the number of existing shares offered.
