Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for: Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS. - Number of shares: 370,370 shares representing 10% of the Offer. The number of shares offered within the Placement may be reduced in order to increase the OPO.
Admission on Eurolist by Euronext :
- 10,659,330 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of the company, and:
- a maximum of 3,703,703 new shares by way of public offering;
- a maximum 555,555 new shares if the allotment option is fully exercised;
- a maximum of 92,592 new shares from from a capital increase reserved to employees.
A maximum of 3,703,703 new shares before the allotment option execise will be offered to the public by way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO).
The LESNXCONSTRUCTEURS shares will be admitted temporarily on Eurolist by Euronext under the title "LNC PROMESSES".
Period of the OPO: from November 6, 2006 to November 14, 2006 (17:30) - First quotation: November 15, 2006 - Beginning of trading: November 16, 2006 - From November 16, 2006 and until November 20, 2006 inclusive: trading of new and existing shares on a single quotation line "LNC PROMESSES" under the ISIN code FR0004023208 - From November 21, 2006: the NOUVEAUX CONSTRUCTEURS shares will be quoted under the title "LESNXCONSTRUCTEURS", ISIN code FR0004023208 (unchanged) and mnemonic LNC (unchanged)
