HYBRIGENICS

Because of the market, the terms of the intitial offer given in the notice n° PAR_20071116_9733_ALT have been modified.

Admission on Alternext:
- 9,058,540 existing shares that comprise the equity of HYBRIGENICS;
- 850,000 new shares with stocks warrant attached (SSWA) obtained from a capital increase effected as part of the introduction in the stock exchange.

A number of 850,000 SSWA will be offered to the public as part of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer, before extension clause. All the offering shares will come from the capital increase.

Extension Clause: Depending on the demand, the number of SSWA offered could be raised by a number of 127,500 new SSWA.

The number of new shares could be limited to 75% of the initial amount.
