Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for: Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS - Number of shares: 108.695 shares representing 20% of the Offer (before extension clause exercise) The number of shares offered within the placement may be reduced in order or increase the OPO.
Admission on Alternext:
- the 1.500.000 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of HITECHPROS, and
- a maximum of 326.086 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of 543.478 shares (before extension clause exercise) will be offered to the public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO). It is specified that the capital increase could be reduced to 90% of its initial size if the demand is not sufficient.
