Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: 1,026,774 shares representing 90% of the Offer (before green shoe exercise) - Book runner: Natexis Bleichroeder SA The number of shares offered within the Global Placement may be increased by shares offered in the OPO. Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS - Number of shares: 114,086 shares representing 10% of the Offer (before green shoe exercise) The number of shares offered within the OPO may be increased by shares offered in the Global Placement.
Admission on Alternext:
- 3,766,720 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of EUROGERM, and,
- a maximum of 645,724 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 77,487 additional new shares in case the green shoe option is exercised.
A maximum of 1,140,860 shares, before green shoe option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO).
Green shoe option: According to the demand, the number of offered shares could be increased of 136,903 shares (77,487 additional new shares and 59,416 existing shares).
