Price Range: between 7.40€ and 8.90€ per share. Final price will be announced on a Special Session on the 2nd June 2008. Results of the public subscription offer The results will be announced on the Special Session on the 2nd June 2008. Request for listing Euronext Lisbon received an application for listing on the regulated market of Euronext Lisbon of a maximum of 901,711,808 ordinary shares. Trading of the shares Trading will start on the 4th June 2008. An official notice will be published on the 3rd June 2008. Both of these are conditioned on the commercial register of the capital increase associated with the offering. Shares destined for staff of EDP Group will start trading on the 17th July 2008.
Combined offer of a public subscription offer of a maximum of 45,085,590 ordinary shares and a institutional placement by subscription of a maximum of 150,938,716 ordinary shares. An additional greenshoe of a maximum of 29,403,646 ordinary shares is also considered.
Clawback and clawforward among the retail and institutional tranches is allowed with a maximum of 30% of the tranche size.
The public offering is destined for staff of EDP Group, current EDP shareholders and general public (respectively, with a maximum of 1,200 shares, 60,000 shares and 30,000 shares).
