Global Placement and Fixed Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: a maximum of 84,736 shares representing 90% of the Offer. - Bookrunner: FORTIS Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS. - Number of shares: a minimum of 84,736 shares representing 10% of the Offer. According to the demand, the number of shares offered within the OPO shall represent a minimum of 10% of the total number offered in the Public Offer.
Admission on Alternext :
- 2,002,000 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of D.L.S.I.
and,
- a maximum of 500,000 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 20.020 new shares from from a capital increase reserved to employees.
A maximum of 347.360 existing shares plus 500.000 new shares will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
According to the demand, the capital increase shall be reduced to 75% of its initial size.
