Direct trading procedure
The share reference quote will be notified on 22 December 2004. This will be the last quoted price in Amsterdam on 21 December 2004, ie the day prior to the first quotation on the Euronext Paris Premier Marché. Quotation threshold: 10% of the reference quote. CORIO N.V. shares will be traded in France only with bearer form.
Admission to listing on the Premier Marché of the Netherlands company CORIO N.V, for the 67 252 184 ordinary shares with a par value of € 10, as from 22 December 2004 representing the issued share capital of CORIO N.V.
As the company's shares are already quoted on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, float 70%, the introduction of the CORIO N.V shares in France will not be accompanied by the distribution of additional shares to the French public.
