ATI PETROLEUM

The business and activities of the Company are limited to those business and activities which it is not prohibited from engaging in under any law for the time being in force in the British Virgin Islands including, but not limited to, to acquire, hold, explore, develop and commercialize or sell oil and gas, coal and uranium properties located in Vietnam, Cambodia, Niger, Ghana, Tunisia, the Ivory Coast and other countries and to conduct any and all activities incidental to the forgoing either directly or through subsidiaries, joint ventures, partnerships or other legal entities.
