Identification
Banimmo est une société foncière de repositionnement spécialisée dans la réhabilitation technique et commerciale d'immeubles sous valorisés ou obsolètes d'une certaine taille (de 5 MEUR au minimum, travaux compris) situés en Belgique, en France et au Luxembourg.
A fin 2009, le portefeuille immobilier du groupe, d'une surface totale de 156 408 m2, s'élève, en valeur de marché, à 341 MEUR répartis entre bureaux (47%), espaces commerciaux (26,5%), centres de conférences et d'expositions (20%), immeubles semi-industriels et logistiques 6,5% ; dont terrains).
La répartition géographique du portefeuille en valeur est la suivante : Belgique (61%) et France (39%).
