What we do

At De Pardieu, we have extensive experience of working in debt and equity capital markets, and we develop innovative financial solutions for our clients in the context of ESG legislative requirements, both for issuers and financial institutions.

We offer a variety of innovative contractual and financial structures that are tailored to each project and our clients' specific needs, which are often related to their energy and environmental transformation.

We help clients to comply with sustainability issues, become eco-friendly, and to avoid greenwashing by:

• reviewing business conformity with new legislation;
• assisting with strategic decisions for sustainable transition;
• reviewing ESG communication to promote efforts and minimise litigation risk;
• guiding issuers on ESG information (Taxonomy, CSRD and CS3D) published in the new reports;
• supporting asset managers, funds, assurance companies and financial institutions with ESG compliance (SFDR, Taxonomy, CSRD);
• developing new sustainable financial products such as Sustainability Linked Bonds and Green Loans.

Our experience working with the relevant authorities enables us to anticipate regulatory expectations and maintain an open fluent dialogue with them.

We participate in EFRAG meetings on the development of sector-specific sustainability standards and in the Sustainable Finance and Reporting Committee meetings of MEDEF. We also participate in the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place de Paris’ working group on the Omnibus Directive.
