NOL: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Northern Ocean
Ltd. ("NOL") on 9 July 2026 regarding, inter alia, Hemen Holding Limited
acquiring 65,501,756 shares in the Company in a bilateral transaction at a price
per share of NOK 7.50 (the "Acquisition").

The Acquisition included 800,000 shares acquired from board member Mikhael
Botbol.
