Veidekke: More apartments at Odden in Stavanger

Veidekke has been commissioned by Odden 1 AS to also construct the third phase
of the Odden residential project in Hinna Park in Stavanger. The contract
comprises the construction of 36 apartments in an 11-storey building under a
design and build contract valued at NOK 107 million, excluding VAT.

collaboration with Odden 1 AS in a new phase. It is very rewarding to achieve
continuity and to benefit from synergies and close collaboration in such a
phased development, and we look forward to building further on the strong
foundation we have established together in the two previous stages," says
district manager Bendik Aarstad of Veidekke Bygg Rogaland.

Since May 2022, Veidekke has developed the residential project in close
collaboration with Odden 1 AS, a partnership between Stavanger Utvikling, Entra,
Camar Eiendom and OBOS Nye Hjem. Veidekke has previously entered into contracts
for the first and second phases, which have respectively been completed and are
currently under construction.

"At Odden, residents have already moved into all three of the first buildings,
and we see that customers appreciate the qualities of the attractive location
close to the sea. It is also rewarding to see many happy faces as residents
enjoy the view from their balconies or spend time outdoors in the park or along
the waterfront. Construction of the structural works in phase two is progressing
well, and it is exciting to get started on yet another phase. We look forward to
continuing the development and to enabling even more people to enjoy living at
Odden," says project director Espen Ekeland of OBOS Nye Hjem Rogaland.

Construction will begin during the autumn, with completion scheduled for the

The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the second quarter
