on 26 June 2026 regarding the grant of a total of 5,628,100 incentive
subscription rights (“SRs”) under the Company’s 2026 Incentive Subscription
Rights Plan (the “2026 SR Plan”).

The Company hereby discloses the following grant of SRs to a primary insider
under the 2026 SR Plan:

Salil Soman, Chief Commercial Officer – 4,000,000 SRs
