Ensurge Micropower ASA – Grant of Incentive Subscription Rights

Oslo, Norway 26 June 2026

The Board of Directors of Ensurge Micropower ASA (the Company) has resolved to
grant a total of 5,682,100 incentive subscription rights to certain new and
existing employees of the Company and to one individual consultant under the
Company’s 2026 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan, as resolved at the Annual
General Meeting on 15 May 2026.

The exercise price of the subscription rights is NOK 0.60 per share.

The subscription rights granted to new hires will become vested over four years
from the date of hire with a one-year cliff such that no subscription rights
vest until after the first 12 months, at which time 25 % of the subscription
rights shall vest immediately, with the remaining subscription rights vesting
thereafter in equal quarterly increments. The subscription rights granted to
existing employees who have been promoted, will vest in equal quarterly
installments over four years from the date of promotion. The subscription rights
granted to the individual consultant will vest in equal quarterly installments
over four years from the date of grant. The vested subscription rights shall be
exercisable until 15 May 2031.

The subscription rights otherwise follow the terms and conditions of the 2026
Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.
