Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 30 April
2026 regarding the Annual Report 2025 for IDEX Biometrics ASA. The attached
annual report now also includes the ESEF version, which was inadvertently
omitted in the previous publication.

IDEX Biometrics ASA annual report and remuneration report for 2025 are
enclosed. IDEX Biometrics has also published its annual financial statements
in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
