As part of the option programme of Sentia ASA ("Sentia"), the following
primary insiders have been granted share options:
Jan Konrad Jahren, 50,000
Christian Wieland, 40 000
Sverre Hærem, 35 000
Iven Opsahl Jebsen, 35 000
May Helen Dahlstrø, 35 000
Each option gives the right to acquire one share in Sentia. The exercise price
for the options is NOK 78.30 per share, corresponding to the closing price on
17 June 2026. The options will vest by 1/3 per year, for the first time in
2027. The options have a term of three years.
In total, 815,000 options have been granted in this grant round.
