Vår Energi ASA's share saving plan allocates shares

Sandnes, Norway, 17 June 2026: A total of 156 440 shares were purchased on
behalf of employees in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) participating in the company's
employee share saving programme. The average purchase price was NOK 43.2322 per
share. The transactions are based on savings made in June 2026, and 86% of Vår
Energi employees participated.

As part of the programme, primary insiders in Vår Energi ASA (OSE:
VAR) purchased 5 034 shares at an average price of NOK 43.2322 per share.

The transactions were performed on 16 June 2026.
