Management changes: CFO Mette Toft Bjørgen is taking a leave of absence

Kongsberg Maritime's CFO, Mette Toft Bjørgen, will be on leave of absence from
18 June 2026 through 30 September 2026.

During this period, Jan Erik Hoff will serve as acting CFO. Hoff has extensive
experience from Kongsberg Gruppen, including as Group Vice President, Investor
Relations. He currently works as Senior Vice President at Kongsberg Maritime,
responsible for Investor Relations and Business Intelligence.
