Bohus ASA: Registration of share capital increase

Oslo, 17 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement issued
by Bohus ASA ("Bohus" or the "Company") on 16 June 2026 regarding the
successfully completed bookbuilding process for the initial public offering of
the Company's shares.
As referenced in the announcement, the board of directors of the Company has
resolved the issuance of 1,752,385 new shares to settle synthetic shares held by
certain members of the board and management, as further described in the
Prospectus. The share capital increase has now been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company has a
share capital of NOK 248,995,452.5 divided into 99,598,181 shares, each with a
nominal value of NOK 2.50.
