Multiconsult ASA
Multiconsult ASA (Oslo: MULTI), through its subsidiary LINK Arkitektur, has
together with Sweco and other partners been awarded a contract by Region Skåne
to develop the programme for a new emergency hospital and hospital area in
Helsingborg, Sweden.
The assignment comprises planning of a new hospital in Helsingborg, integrated
with the surrounding urban development. The project is designed as a modern and
flexible healthcare facility with high requirements for functionality,
sustainability, and efficient operations.
The project represents a large-scale healthcare infrastructure development and
is among the largest of its kind in Sweden in recent decades.
The assignment is initially limited to the initial programme phase, with options
for further phases. Subject to the full exercise of options, the total estimated
contract value for the overall project is approximately SEK 325 million, of
which Multiconsult's (LINK) share is calculated to be approximately 40 per cent.
Work is expected to commence in September 2026, and the hospital is planned to
be completed in the latter part of the 2030s.
