Lime Petroleum Holding AS – Board Changes

Lime Petroleum Holding AS (“LPH” or the “Company”) announces that Kristen
Jakobsen has today resigned from the Boards of LPH and Lime Petroleum AS
(“LPA”). Following a general meeting held today in LPA, Mr. Harald Thorstein has
been elected Chairman of the Board of LPA.

In addition, a general meeting has been convened in LPH on 22 June 2026. At this
meeting, Mr. Thorstein will be proposed as the new Chairman of the Board of the
Company.
