CodeLab Capital AS – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by CodeLab Capital AS
(the "Company") on 3 June 2026 regarding the closing of the Agil Helse AS
transaction. As part of the settlement the board has through its authorization
from the AGM resolved to issue 1 050 009 shares at a subscription price of NOK
4,4 per share to the sellers.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in has
now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The
Company's new share capital is NOK 48,788,286.49681 divided on 19,754,924
shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.469677256.
