Management Changes Handelsbanken

Anton Romare Keller has been appointed CEO of Handelsbanken plc. He is currently
Group Chief Information Officer. Anton Romare Keller succeeds Mikael Sörensen,
who will retire towards the end of 2026.

Anton Romare Keller will initially join the UK business as CEO-elect on 1
October 2026 and will assume the role as CEO of Handelsbanken plc after
customary regulatory approval.

Henrik Agebäck, Deputy Group Chief Information Officer, will take over as Acting
Group Chief Information Officer on the 1 August 2026.
