Supplement to EMTN base prospects published

A Supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 9 January 2026 was approved by the
Central Bank and listed on Euronext Dublin on June 8, 2026. The Supplement has

The Supplement was issued in relation to the announced cross-border merger
between Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI ASA") and PPI Public Property Invest
AB ("PPI AB") (the "Merger") and the re-domiciliation of the company and its
primary listing to Sweden and NASDAQ Stockholm. The Merger was completed on
May 15th 2026. As a result of the completion of the Merger, all of PPI ASA's
assets, rights and liabilities has been transferred to PPI AB, and PPI AB is
the new parent company for the PPI group. With effect from 15 May 2026, PPI AB
also assumed the debtor position under the bonds issued by PPI ASA.
