Issuer
Hunter Group ASA
Oslo, 9 June 2026
Reference is made to the stock announcements published by Hunter Group ASA (the
"Company") on 15 April 2026 and 18 May 2026 regarding one of the Company's long
-term contractual counterparty's reduced payments of time charter hire in March
and April.
The counterparty continues to dispute its contractual obligation and has paid
approximately USD 10,372,000 less than the amount due for May 2026.
The Company and its legal advisors remain confident that the counterparty has no
merit for the reduced payments. The Company considers the counterparty to be in
continued breach of contract and will continue to take all necessary steps to
protect its contractual rights.
The Company will provide updates to the market when appropriate.
For the month of May, the Company recorded net time charter earnings of
approximately USD 24,773,000, of which approximately USD 10,372,000 remains
outstanding pending resolution of the matter described above, increasing the
total disputed amount to approximately USD 28,210,000, plus accrued interest.
