Ayfie signs expanded agreement to embed AI across customer's workflows and projects

A newly established Norwegian consultancy delivering services within technology,
security and project execution to organizations with critical societal functions
has entered into an expanded agreement with Ayfie.

The customer has already adopted Ayfie AI Assistant and Ayfie Index, and is now
building further on the platform through an additional agreement covering the
development of dedicated integrations (connectors). The integrations securely
connect the customer's business-critical systems, including CRM, ERP, HR and
competence/resource management, to the Ayfie platform.

The agreement has an initial development value of NOK 400,000, with annual
maintenance of up to NOK 90,000 from the second year onwards, on top of the
customer's existing contract valued at NOK 310,000 ARR.

The purpose is to put AI to work across the customer's workflows and projects.
Ayfie Index along with the new connectors lay the foundation for Agentic AI,
where intelligent agents can act across multiple systems, automate complex work
processes, and make context-based decisions by retrieving, analyzing and
combining data from several sources in real time. This is achieved through MCP
agents and step-by-step workflows in Ayfie AI Platform.

The agreement covers both the development and ongoing maintenance of the
connectors, giving Ayfie a combination of one-time development revenue and
recurring revenue from annual maintenance.
