1 June 2026 regarding the admission to trading of the Company’s shares on
Euronext Growth Oslo (the “Listing”). The Company has prepared the attached

The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo will be
today, 8 June 2026, under the ticker "MDATA". The Company has 100,000,000
issued shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.06.
