Ocean GeoLoop ASA: New share capital

Reference is made to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting in
Ocean GeoLoop ASA (the "Company") held on 29 May 2026 to, inter alia, issue
72,000,000 new shares in a private placement (the "Private Placement") and issue
22,635,616 new shares in connection with the conversion of bridge loans of in
total NOK 11 million (plus accrued interests) (the "Bridge Loan Conversion"), as
further described in the notice of, and minutes from, the general meeting.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement and Bridge Loan
Conversion has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 2,947,021.86 divided on
147,351,093 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
