Scope Ratings UK Limited ("Scope") has affirmed Vend Marketplaces ASA's (the
"Company") issuer rating at BBB+/Stable, its senior unsecured debt rating at
BBB+, and its short-term debt rating at S-2.

The affirmation reflects the Company's strong financial risk profile, backed by
healthy market position in the Nordics but is limited by its lack of
geographical diversification.
