Sandnes, Norway, 3 June 2026: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be
traded ex dividend of NOK 1.110 per share for the first quarter of 2026, as of
today 3 June.
The annual general meeting held on 29 May in Vår Energi resolved to pay a
dividend payment of NOK 1.110 per share, NOK 2 771 010 933 in total, equal to
USD 300 million, relating to Q1 2026. The dividend will be
paid on 12 June in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily
exchange rate published by Norges Bank 7 May approximately at 1600hrs CEST.
